Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience.
• Working knowledge of automotive products and parts.
• Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the workday.
• Strong customer service, communication skills, computer and basic math skills.
• Clean driving record and WA State driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Offer professional assistance to customers who call or visit the Service Department.
• Assist customers with appointments based on description, vehicle condition, and translate to actionable work orders for technicians.
• Listen to and help resolve customer complaints.
• Maintain customer records and collect payments for services.
• Ensure that automotive work meets quality standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
