Hawk Subaru of Joliet is seeking a proactive Service Advisor to recommend vehicle care and explain maintenance value to customers. You will thrive in a fast-paced dealership setting and drive service sales while keeping customers informed and satisfied.

The role requires 2+ years in a dealership environment, strong customer service and sales skills, and the ability to multitask with energy and organization. Competitive benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Consult and interpret customer needs for the technicians
• Utilize exemplary customer service and sales skills to drive sales

• Prioritize required services, and offer options
• Set and manage the expectations of the service delivery for both the customers and technicians
• Continuously keep the customer updated on repair needs and completion times
