Antwerpen VW in Pasadena, MD is seeking an experienced automotive Service Advisor to build lasting relationships with customers and provide solutions that meet their needs.

You will identify customers' problems, coordinate service with technicians, and set and manage expectations from intake through completion while keeping clients informed at every step. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, is reliable, and eager to support our service team.

Job Description:

Antwerpen VW is seeking an experienced automotive Service Advisor to develop lasting customer relationships and provide our clientele with product solutions that best meet their needs. The Service Advisor plays a pivotal role in our service department’s point of contact with our customers. They identify our customers' problems and arrange for the appropriate service. Then they set and manage expectations internally and externally until the project is completed. The ideal candidate is reliable and possesses excellent communication skills as well as prior experience in a similar role.
