Job summary

Subaru of Utica Yorkville is hiring Automotive Service Advisors in a fast-paced dealership environment. Open availability is required, including Saturdays, to support a high-volume service department and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will act as the key liaison between customers and technicians, identify concerns, prepare estimates, and manage repair orders from start to finish while communicating timelines and costs clearly.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
• Automotive technician background is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Solid understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance
• Team-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
