Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Service Advisor in New Orleans to manage service orders and the flow of the service drive, ensuring customers receive prompt and courteous service.

The role requires excellent communication, a professional appearance, and the ability to diagnose vehicle questions, work with technicians, and maintain strong dealer relationships.

Qualifications

• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries and ensure customers are not mishandled.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary.
• Maintain good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; professional appearance and attitude.
• Pass drug testing, MVR/insurability, background investigation/interview.

As a Service Advisor, your responsibilities include overseeing service orders and flow of the service drive to ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
