Job summary

Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team in Pennsylvania. You will greet customers, gather data, and document concerns to help technicians diagnose vehicles and plan repairs.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. We offer full-time employment with a comprehensive benefits package and background checks as part of our onboarding process.

Qualifications

• 10+ Years experience as a service advisor; dealership experience preferred.
• HS Diploma or Equivalent; Valid Driver’s License.
• General knowledge of mechanical and service operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with service needs and questions.
• Obtain/update vehicle and customer data; document concerns for diagnostics.
• Perform vehicle walk-around and set up technician for diagnoses and repairs.
• Establish repair timelines and keep customers updated on progress; communicate via phone, email, or text.
• Disclose additional work and obtain customer signatures for recommendations.
