All American Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Midland is seeking an Express Lube Advisor to greet customers, identify service needs, and coordinate between customers and technicians to ensure clear understanding of required work.

You will communicate service recommendations, manage repair orders, and contribute to a positive, efficient service experience in a dealership setting.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Time management and prioritization abilities.
• Typing proficiency and basic data entry for repair orders.
• Basic computer knowledge and cost calculation skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record in-state.

Responsibilities

The Express Lube Advisor presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers, helps identify, confirm, and offer resolution to customer concerns, and serves as the communicator between the customer and the technician to ensure each party understands the needed and recommended service/repairs.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills.
• Time management – managing one's own time and the time of others.
• Typing – ability to type efficiently to enter repair orders.
• Basic computer and cost calculation skills.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
