Lithia Motors is hiring an Automotive Lube Technician at its Helena, MT location. The role involves performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and filter replacement, plus inspection of tires, brakes, and fluid levels.

You’ll communicate repair recommendations to the service advisor and support a high standard of customer service. The position offers a flat-rate pay of $17–$19 per hour with an hourly guarantee, and a Tue–Sat 8am–5pm schedule within a Fortune 500 dealership family

Now Hiring: Lube Technician

Pay Rate: $17-19 flat rate hour with an hourly guarantee

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 8am-5pm

As an Automotive Lube Technician you will perform vehicle maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Responsibilities

• Perform minor maintenance, e.g., changing engine oil and filters.
• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.
• Communicate appropriate customer vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• Experience as an express/quick lube technician preferred.
• Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
