Mesquite Kia in Mesquite, TX is seeking an automotive service professional to join our team. This role offers commission-based pay, based on performance, with open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet peak customer demand.

You will communicate with customers to understand service needs, inspect vehicles, prepare estimates, and help manage repair orders. A minimum of 2 years in automotive service, knowledge of repair procedures, and familiarity with a DMS are expected,

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an automotive service environment.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) and basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their service needs and provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance.
• Inspect vehicles to identify necessary repairs and maintenance, and document findings.
• Develop and implement service plans to meet customer needs and increase sales.
• Manage workflow and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service plans, and repair orders.
