Sommer’s Automotive in Mequon, WI is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to greet customers, listen to concerns, and coordinate service with technicians.

No automotive experience is required to succeed; you’ll be part of the #1 brand in the industry – Subaru – with a strong pay and benefits package and growth opportunities.

This full-time exempt role offers Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays, plus training and career development for advancement.

• Greet customers and listen attentively to their vehicle concerns and needs.
• Manage and prepare for service appointments and ensure accurate documentation of customer information.
• Provide clear estimates of repair and service costs based on customer needs.
• Advise customers on necessary repairs, routine maintenance, and product recommendations.
• Act as a liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring seamless communication.
• Manage appointment follow-up communication with customers on vehicle status.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area, ensuring a professional environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Sets and achieves targeted sales goals.
• Uphold the highest standards of customer satisfaction, ensuring repeat business and referrals.

Position Information:

This is a full-time, exempt-status position. Your typical schedule will be Monday – Friday, with rotating Saturdays.
