Job summary

Sommer's Automotive - Subaru Buick GMC is seeking an Automotive Sales Professional in Wisconsin, Mequon. No car sales experience is necessary to join a fast-paced, customer-focused dealership environment.

You will greet customers, assess needs, demonstrate vehicles, and guide them through the sales process. This role emphasizes relationship-building, teamwork, and ongoing product knowledge development to drive success.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and assist them throughout the sales process.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate product matches.
• Present vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to customers in an engaging and informative manner.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up with customers as needed through our Customer Relation Management tool.
• Collaborate with the sales team and managers to achieve personal sales targets and company goals.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and our sales process to provide customers with accurate information and positive experiences.
• Present a positive image for our dealership and brand.

• Pay Range: Average annual commission based compensation ranges between $80,000 to $120,000+ per year. No commission cap. Pay guarantee for the first 90 days.

Position Information:

This is a full-time, exempt-status position. You will have a set weekly schedule that will consist of 5 days a week between Monday - Saturday.
