Castle Autoplex of McHenry is looking for a Service Advisor who will manage the service drive flow and own the customer experience from check-in to delivery. You will address vehicle concerns, warranties, and repairs while ensuring timely, professional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 consecutive years as a Service Advisor or Writer.

What You’ll Do:

As a Service Advisor, you'll manage the flow of the service drive while making sure every customer receives prompt, professional, and friendly service. You'll own the customer experience from check-in to delivery, answer questions about vehicle concerns, warranties, and repairs, and help ensure technician time is used efficiently. You'll work closely with the shop and maintain strong customer satisfaction scores.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• Previous Service Advisor/Writer experience, minimum of 2 consecutive years
• Fantastic communication skills with your customers
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearanceConsistent record of service and sales success
