Job summary

Castle CDJR of Chesterton, IN is seeking a Service Advisor to manage the service drive from check-in to delivery, ensuring customers receive prompt, professional service and a superb experience. You will own the customer relationship, answer questions about repairs and warranties, and collaborate with technicians to maximize efficiency and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has prior Service Advisor/Writer experience (at least 2 consecutive years), excellent communication skills, a professional

What You’ll Do:

As a Service Advisor you'll manage the flow of the service drive while making sure every customer receives prompt, professional, and friendly service. You'll own the customer experience from check‑in to delivery, answer questions about vehicle concerns, warranties, and repairs, and help ensure technician time is used efficiently. You'll work closely with the shop and maintain strong customer satisfaction scores.
