Castle CDJR Chesterton, IN is seeking a Service Advisor who will own the customer experience from check-in to delivery, coordinating with technicians and service writers to keep the flow smooth and the client informed.

What You’ll Do:

As a Service Advisor you'll manage the flow of the service drive while making sure every customer receives prompt, professional, and friendly service. You'll own the customer experience from check‑in to delivery, answer questions about vehicle concerns, warranties, and repairs, and help ensure technician time is used efficiently. You'll work closely with the shop and maintain strong customer satisfaction scores.

• Previous Service Advisor/Writer experience, minimum of 2 consecutive years
