Job summary

Sterling Automotive Group's Sterling CDJR South in Maurice, LA is seeking a Service Advisor to be the face of the Service Department. You will guide customers through the service process, provide clear estimates, and ensure an outstanding experience from start to finish.

This full-time, on-site role requires strong organization, the ability to multitask, and excellent customer service. You will work with technicians, relay diagnoses, and help build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of dealership Service Advising experience is required.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and time management skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast paced environment.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (21+ or have 3 years driving experience).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers from check-in to repair completion.
• Provide daily updates on repair status.
• Relay vehicle diagnoses and repairs to customers.
• Explain repair recommendations and costs clearly.
• Ensure a seamless, positive service experience.

Join the Sterling CDJR South team in Maurice, LA!

As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our Service Department. This role is responsible for guiding customers through the service process while providing clear communication, accurate estimates, and an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

This is a fast paced position that requires strong organization, the ability to multitask, and excellent customer service skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the entire service process from vehicle check in through repair completion
• Provide daily updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs
• Communicate with Service Technicians to relay vehicle diagnoses and repair updates
• Clearly explain repair recommendations and cost estimates to customers
• Ensure customers receive a seamless and positive service experience
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Deliver excellent customer service while managing multiple repair orders at once

Schedule

• Full time Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Every other Saturday required from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
