Mercedes-Benz of Los Angeles is seeking a qualified Service Advisor to be the primary contact for service customers and manage appointment scheduling, repair orders, and communications throughout the repair process.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ years of dealership experience, CDK proficiency, and a preference for luxury/European brands. A valid driver’s license is required, with opportunities for career growth within a premier luxury dealership network.

• 1+ years of previous Service Advisor experience in a dealership environment.
• CDK experience.
• Luxury or European brands experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for Mercedes-Benz service customers, delivering a first-class customer experience.
• Schedule appointments and prepare repair orders.
