Mercedes-Benz of Paramus is hiring experienced automotive technicians. Join a state-of-the-art service department backed by Lithia & Driveway, a leading auto group.

We’re seeking factory-trained technicians with 5–7+ years in a dealership, ASE and Mercedes-Benz certifications, and strong diagnostic skills. You’ll perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Mercedes‑Benz vehicles using Xentry and factory tools.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of dealership experience.
• ASE and Mercedes-Benz certifications up-to-date.
• Proficient in engine and transmission repair, electrical and drivability diagnostics.
• Familiar with Xentry and manufacturer diagnostic platforms.
• Valid driver’s license in your state.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
• Use factory-approved tools to ensure precision and safety.
• Document work performed in the RO system and maintain a clean workspace.
