Job summary

Leo Martin Chevrolet is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our busy service department in Lake Jackson, Texas. You will greet customers, relay technician recommendations, and provide clear estimates and timelines for repairs and maintenance.

In a large, loyal customer base environment, you’ll manage repair orders end-to-end, coordinate with technicians and parts, and upsell maintenance packages to ensure safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance requirements.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Dealertrack DMS experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Clearly communicate service needs based on technician recommendations and inspection reports.
• Provide accurate estimates and timelines for repairs and maintenance.
