Job summary

Truck Country® / Stoops Freightliner-Western Star in Wisconsin is seeking a Service Advisor to schedule repairs, communicate repair recommendations, and manage customer relationships in our service department. You will work closely with technicians and management to deliver outstanding service while driving shop productivity and profitability.

You’ll communicate with customers throughout the repair process, review and close repair orders, and coordinate parts availability and service scheduling
