Pay Range

This range is provided by Windward Ford of Hawaii. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience. Talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base Pay Range

$80,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Obtain customer and vehicle information accurately.
• Report vehicle symptoms clearly as described by the customer.
• Determine and recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history.
• Prepare accurate estimates for labor and parts.
• Monitor vehicle repair progress and update customers regularly.
• Verify that the final invoice matches the work performed.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to identify problems quickly and efficiently.
• Knowledge of automobiles and repair procedures.
• Proven record of customer satisfaction.
• Minimum of 1 year in a service department.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs.
