The Service Advisor will join the SolarEdge North America Support team, leading the development of O&M and proactive services, managing system maintenance, and maintaining high customer satisfaction to streamline support and reduce call volume.

Location: Remote, US

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Provide fleet management services to developers, installers, and construction partners with strategic value.
  2. Proactively resolve SolarEdge issues remotely to ensure timely problem resolution for large customers.
  3. Ensure on-time delivery of components by managing logistics and customer expectations.
  4. Report on account status and develop strategic success plans.
  5. Provide training on equipment operation, maintenance, and programming to reduce call volume.
  6. Develop and implement service Level Agreements to improve customer experience and reduce costs.
  7. Communicate effectively through written processes and action plans with clear goals.
  8. Document all work and parts in case management systems.
  9. Manage monitoring databases of customer installations.
Requirements:
  • AA/AS degree or equivalent experience; project management or customer service experience required.
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in the solar PV industry.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with data management is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills and technical aptitude.
  • Knowledge of NEC and PV system regulatory codes.
  • Experience with international organizations preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

The pay range is $25-$35/hr, based on market and individual factors. Total compensation may include bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits. SolarEdge values diversity and encourages underrepresented groups to apply.
