Job summary

Rodman Ford Sales, Inc. seeks a full-time Service Advisor for our Tire & Auto Center. You will greet guests, collect vehicle information, understand service needs, and maintain customer relationships.

You will open repair orders, document service needs and approvals, and prepare estimates for customers. You will coordinate with technicians and ensure warranty repairs are approved and completed as needed. Keep customers informed on vehicle status and perform other tasks as assigned by the

Duties Include:

• Create and maintain customer relationships
• Open Repair orders and document service needs and approvals
• Prepare repair estimates and communicate them effectively with customers
• Coordinate with technicians to determine when a job will be completed
• Ensure warranty repairs are covered and gain approval as needed by Ford
• Keep customers up to date on vehicle status
• Other various tasks assigned by the manager
