Pat Milliken Ford is actively seeking a Service Advisor to join our fast-paced service department. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer experiences, leverage strong communication skills, and thrive in a high-volume dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers promptly.
• Obtains customer and vehicle information.
• Clearly reports all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Determines and recommends needed maintenance based on mileage and vehicle history.
• Prepares complete est imate s for labor and parts.
• Establishes follow-up time.
• Monitors progress of each vehicle and updates customers frequently.
• Explains all completed work and charges to customers.

• Prepares complete and accurate estimestimatesost for labor and parts
• Establishes follow-up time
• Monitors the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers frequentlyVerifies that final the invoice reconciles with work performed on the repair order
• Explains all completed work and charges to customers
