Job summary

John Eagle Houston Acura is seeking a Service Advisor/Service Writer to act as the liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring clear understanding of service needs and approvals. You will prepare ROs, obtain signatures, and enter data into the service system while communicating inspection results and potential repairs to customers.

• Administer manufacturer warranty for qualifying repairs.
• Keep customer informed of service specials, times, and expenses.
