21st Century Equipment LLC is hiring a full-time Service Advisor who will connect customers with repair and maintenance solutions in the agricultural equipment sector.

You will welcome customers, coordinate with technicians, and monitor work orders from start to finish, helping control costs and maintain service efficiency while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in John Deere service department operations.
• Knowledge of standard job pricing and commission-based compensation.
• Basic accounting skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).
