Job summary

21st Century Equipment is seeking a Service Advisor to welcome customers, coordinate repair and maintenance needs, and act as the central communication hub for the service department. You will monitor work orders from start to finish and collaborate with technicians to ensure standards are met.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in John Deere service department operations
• Knowledge of standard job pricing, commission-based compensation, and basic service department financial principles
• Basic accounting skills
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
• Strong teamwork and leadership qualities
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
