21st Century Equipment LLC in Colorado is seeking an experienced Ag Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural equipment in a professional dealership setting. You will diagnose, repair, and recondition equipment, perform maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, and work with diagnostic software to keep machines productive and safe.

We offer pay of $25.00 to $45.00 per hour with overtime premiums, on-call bonuses, and a production‑based incentive plan,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on diesel repair experience
• Ability to operate vehicles and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license
• Preferred: John Deere University training

Compensation
