• 3+ years of experience in John Deere service department operations.
• Knowledge of standard job pricing, commission-based compensation, and basic service department financial principles.
• Basic accounting skills.

• Strong teamwork and leadership qualities.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with repair and maintenance needs.
• Serve as the central communication hub for the service department.
• Monitor and manage work orders from start to finish.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure jobs meet company standards.
• Oversee technician performance and MST usage.
• Help manage department costs and maintain service efficiency.
• Address challenges proactively and keep the team aligned with departmental goals.

As Our Service Advisor, You Will
