Mieneke Car Care Centers 173 is seeking a Service Advisor to be the face of the operation at our new franchised auto repair shop. You will connect with customers, gather concerns, and communicate repair needs while collaborating with technicians and the General Manager to keep the shop flowing.

You will greet customers, write estimates, and manage repair orders, ensuring timely completion and a high standard of customer service. This role offers growth opportunities as the shop expands.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer in auto repair.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced shop.
• Comfort using shop systems, POS, and service software.

Full-Time | New Franchised Auto Repair Shop

We’re are looking for a strong Service Advisor to be the face of the operation. This role is perfect for someone who connects easily with customers, communicates clearly, and takes pride in running an organized, efficient service counter.

You’ll work closely with technicians and the General Manager to keep the shop flowing, customers informed, and work moving efficiently from write-up to delivery.

What You’ll Do
