• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
• Performs other duties as assigned

This position includes identifying problems with automobiles, gathering information about warranties and provisions for service coverage and drafting orders for repairs to be done. • Consult with mechanics about necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive work
• Sells additional needed services
• Sets and manages the expectations for service delivery for both the customers and mechanics
• Continuously updates customers on repair needs and completion times
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• One year of dealership Service Advisor experience, preferred
• Must have a proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
• Must have a valid driver's license and be in good standing

• CDK experience; preferred
