Job summary

Hayes Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Baldwin is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our family-owned dealership in Baldwin, GA. You will greet customers, collect vehicle information, document concerns, and guide maintenance recommendations with clear, accurate estimates.

You will keep customers informed during the repair process, track progress, and review invoices to explain work performed. A growth-minded, high-energy team player is ideal for this role.

Qualifications

• Proven success in customer service and sales performance.
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Consultant, or similar role.
• High energy, team-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate tablet-based write-up systems (Reynolds & Reynolds a plus).
• Valid drivers' license and clean driving record.
