Job summary

Hayes Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Baldwin is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our family-run dealership. You will greet customers, gather vehicle information, document concerns, and create accurate labor and parts estimates.

Qualifications

• Proven success in customer service and sales performance.
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role.
• High energy, team-oriented and customer-focused.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Experience using tablet-based write-up systems (Reynolds & Reynolds a plus).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a professional attitude and gather vehicle information.
• Document vehicle concerns based on customer descriptions.
• Create accurate labor and parts estimates for repairs.
• Perform walk-around inspections on vehicles and track status.
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Review final invoices with customers and explain work performed.
