Lithia Ford of Fresno is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, document concerns, and translate them into repair orders. You will communicate recommended services, provide status updates, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality work.

The role requires 2+ years of Service Advisor experience, knowledge of automotive systems, and a track record in meeting sales and customer-satisfaction goals, with a valid driver’s license and flexible availability including evenings

Hiring: Service Advisor

Pay: $64,500 - $161,800 Annually

Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Total Rewards

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $64,500.00 - $161,800.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short/long term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Sales, and Individual Gross Profit, and Bonuses based on Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
