Job summary

Lithia Ford of Fresno seeks an experienced automotive service technician to diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems in a busy shop environment. You will perform electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, and hybrid repairs and complete warranty and customer-pay work to Nissan standards.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous automotive service technician experience
• We prefer ASE certifications and/or manufacturer training, but do not require them.
• Diagnostic and repair skills
• Succeed in a busy automotive shop while working collaboratively with technicians and service staff.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Flat Rate Range for this position is $16.90 - $70.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay offered will be based on skills, qualifications, experience, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
