Holiday Automotive is seeking a Service Advisor to be the friendly, customer-facing link between guests and technicians in our quick service area. This role emphasizes clear communication, upbeat service, and a lively pace that keeps vehicles moving and customers informed.

As a trusted member of a locally owned dealership, you’ll document customer concerns, determine maintenance needs, prepare estimates, and guide next steps.

Qualificações

• A friendly and engaging demeanor is essential for customer interaction.
• Experience in a service advisory role is a plus and helps with customer flow.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• General automotive knowledge and enthusiasm are helpful for accurate conversations with guests.
