Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Positive, outgoing personality under pressure.
• Strong communication skills in person and on the phone.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Basic automotive knowledge or willingness to learn quickly.
• Genuine desire to help people and solve problems.
