Transteck, Inc in Duncansville, PA is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary liaison between customers and our Freightliner of Altoona service shop. You will greet customers, capture service needs, and coordinate with technicians to deliver timely, quality repairs.

The role requires at least one year of service, sales, or customer service experience. You will be involved in selling services, performing basic vehicle inspections, and ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication

Qualifications

• One year of experience in service roles, sales or customer service.
• Must pass background check, criminal records check, physical exam and drug screen.
