Job summary

Transteck, Inc has an immediate opening for a 2nd shift Service Advisor at our Freightliner of Philadelphia dealership located in Levittown, PA. The successful candidate will serve as the main contact between customers and the service shop, and will sell services while conducting a visual safety inspection of vehicles.

One year of experience in service roles, sales or customer service is required, with uniforms, medical, dental and vision insurance, STD/LTD, and a 401k offered as benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be the main contact between customers and the service shop.
• Ability to sell services to customers and conduct a visual safety inspection of vehicles.

Description For The Service Advisor

• The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to work as the main contact between our customers and our service shop.
• The Service Advisor is responsible for selling our services to our customers, conducting a visual safety inspection of customer's vehicles and ensuring all of our customers' needs are correctly addressed.
• One year's experience in service roles, sales or customer service required.
