Job summary

Don's Ford of Utica is hiring an Automotive Service Advisor. Open availability including Saturdays is required. You will act as the main liaison between customers and technicians, identify concerns, prepare estimates, and manage repair orders from start to finish.

The role emphasizes strong communication and customer service, with a background in automotive systems as a plus. Valid driver's license and a commitment to excellent service are essential.
