Job summary

Hireology is seeking a Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane. You are the first contact with our customers and will be versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling, and customer service.

We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but with experience in customer service, retail, restaurant, or hospitality. Schedule is Monday–Friday 9am–6pm, with commission-based earnings ranging from $42k to $110k per year.

Qualifications

• Organized, friendly personality with strong customer service skills.
• Experience in leading or supervising others is preferred.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication with customers in person and by phone.
• Professional appearance and a valid driver's license.
• Willing to undergo a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Own the customer's experience and help dealership leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries by phone or in person.
• Manage technicians' time to maximize servicing customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.

Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor, you will own our customer’s experience in the service lane. You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners on the drive line to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but with previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry or hospitality.

$42-$110k/year (Commission-Based)

Monday-Friday 9am-6pm

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
