Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. in Connecticut is seeking a Service Advisor to manage the shop’s workflow and schedule, calling customers to explain service changes or delivery times.

You’ll coordinate with the service team on parts ordering, prepare repair orders, monitor progress, handle inbound inquiries, and ensure work is completed. The role requires a high school diploma, strong organization, customer focus and problem solving, plus computer savvy; trucking/auto knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be highly organized with attention to detail.
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems and think critically.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common software.
• Familiarity with auto and trucking is preferred.
