Lithia & Driveway in Collierville, TN is hiring Automotive Service Advisors to support a busy service team on site. The role emphasizes customer relations, accurate estimates, and efficient RO management to drive satisfaction and repeat business.

We seek individuals with previous service-advisory experience, a strong automotive background, and a commitment to delivering top-notch service. This is an onsite position with open Saturday availability.

Qualifications

• Must have prior Service Advisor experience.
• Background as automotive technician is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer support.
• 3+ years of experience with vehicle systems and maintenance.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs.
• Write and manage repair orders (ROs) from start to finish.
• Communicate additional service needs based on inspections.
• Verify and process warranty and service contract coverage.
• Keep customers informed on timelines, costs, and service updates.
