Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Writing repair orders for customer pay and warranty repairs.
• Secure agreement from clients prior to all repairs.
• Explain the requested service on every car clearly.
• Estimate time and cost of repairs.
• Advise clients on proper vehicle care and maintenance.
• Monitor progress of client vehicles and update clients.
• Greet customers promptly and schedule service appointments.
• Test drive vehicles when required.
• Verify final invoices and reconcile work performed and charges.

Qualified applicants will have a track record of high performance, history of strong customer satisfaction scores, and demonstrate ability to be trained on OEM process and procedure.
