INFINITI of Cincinnati is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, capture vehicle information, and accurately report symptoms to guide maintenance decisions. The role includes preparing cost estimates for labor and parts, monitoring progress, and communicating outcomes to customers.

The ideal candidate has a proven record of exceptional customer service, a desire for a long-term career, and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly.
• Obtain customer and vehicle information.
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle.
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
• Establish follow up time.
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently.
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers.

Job Summary: The responsibilities of a Service Advisor include greeting customers, listening to their needs, and scheduling appointments as needed. They may also set up loaner cars and verify insurance before maintenance is scheduled.
