Lithia Hyundai of Anchorage is seeking Apprentice to Senior/Master Technicians to join our team in Anchorage. The opportunity covers a broad range of technician levels with flat-rate pay based on experience and performance, and a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with weekends off.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of automotive technician experience.
• Automotive technical training or certifications.
• Basic diagnostic ability.
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
• Accurately document findings and recommended repairs.
• Work collaboratively with advisors and fellow technicians.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Stay current with manufacturer training and certifications.

Pay

$50k - $200k annually, flat rate pay based on experience and performance

Schedule

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, closed on Saturday and Sundays.
