Job summary

Lithia Hyundai of Anchorage is hiring a Sales Representative to deliver a premium customer experience through the vehicle purchasing process. You will greet customers, present vehicles, and guide them through finance options, while maintaining CRM data and showroom standards.

The role emphasizes building relationships, prospecting for new business, and participating in ongoing training with leadership support.

Qualifications

• 6 months of commission sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and computer proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Build relationships, follow up, and provide personalized service.
• Present vehicles and conduct demonstration drives highlighting features and benefits.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Maintain customer information and sales activities in the CRM while following daily plans.
• Stay informed about inventory, features, pricing, financing options, and incentives.
• Guide customers through the sales and delivery process for a smooth buying experience.
• Maintain a clean showroom and vehicle display area reflecting dealership standards.
• Participate in sales meetings and training; mentor new Sales Representatives.
