Transport Refrigeration of NW Arkansas, Inc., is hiring a Service Administrator for our Lowell service location. As a Service Writer, Service Advisor, or Service Coordinator, you will greet customers, open repair orders, and coordinate with technicians, parts, scheduling, and final billing.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a Service Writer/Service Advisor/Service Coordinator preferred.
• Experience in truck, diesel, automotive, or repair shop environment is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable learning service order and dealership management software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and respond to scheduled, walk-in, and urgent service needs.
• Open, manage, and close repair orders (ROs) in a high-volume service environment.
• Coordinate and prioritize technician jobs and monitor repair progress.
• Communicate job status and expectations with customers.
• Partner with Parts Department to ensure parts availability and accurate usage.
• Prepare accurate invoices and complete final billing.
