Transport Refrigeration of Northwest Arkansas (TRA) is hiring a full-time Trailer Technician for our Lowell shop. This hands-on role is a great opportunity to break into the diesel and trailer repair industry with on the job training and mentorship.

What You’ll Do in Your First 90 Days

• Learn to inspect, repair, and properly document trailer repairs
• Assist with lighting, wiring, brake replacements, and door repairs
• Shadow experienced welders and insulation technicians
• Gain knowledge of shop safety, tools, and repair documentation standards

Minimum Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude or vocational/technical school background
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in an active shop environment
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
