The candidate will manage payroll/time entries, obtain PO numbers when required, and maintain clear communication. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $24–$28 based on experience, with weekday day shift.

Qualifikationen

• Previous billing and customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook; ERP experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and ability to communicate with varied teams.

Aufgaben

• Support service manager and assist with daily work orders.
• Obtain PO numbers from customers when required.
• Enter repair writes-ups into the system.
• Prepare work orders for close review.
• Close work orders after completion.
• Manage payroll/time entries for shop and field technicians.
• Coordinate with inter-department teams and update customers.
