In a fast-paced environment, you will manage service department workflow, prepare repair estimates, assist customers in person and by phone, and help with dispatching technicians. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), excellent communication and attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a team.

Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.

• Experience working directly with customers and knowledge of equipment preferred.

Responsibilities
